Internal Family Systems Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that emphasizes the importance of understanding and working with the different "parts" of a person's personality. We explore the needs and concerns of each part to gain greater self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and find inner harmony and safety. This approach is particularly helpful if you struggle with issues related to self-esteem, self-worth, and self-acceptance as a result of trauma or attachment wounds.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps couples and individuals to recognize their emotional reactions and relationship patterns. We often explore your individual attachment dynamics, where they manifest in your relationships, and how to develop more secure emotional connections through communication and empathy.
The Sinclair Method (TSM) is an evidence-based treatment for alcohol use disorder (AUD) that involves taking the medication naltrexone before drinking alcohol. Naltrexone blocks the euphoric effects of alcohol, gradually reducing cravings and consumption over time. TSM works to rewire the brain's reward system, helping you regain control over your drinking habits. It's most effective when combined with therapy or support groups to address underlying reasons for drinking.

In therapy, trauma-informed care encompasses establishing a safe and supportive environment that validates the effects of trauma on your life. This approach emphasizes the importance of trust building, setting clear boundaries, and empowering you, as the client, to feel in control.
